The Pinnix Group, LLC is a financial consulting firm that provides capital finance advisory services to corporations and investors, with special emphasis on commercial /residential real estate development, commercial/residential mortgage banking as well as structured finance and asset based lending transactions.

The company was founded by Roger C. Pinnix, its current Managing Director. Mr. Pinnix has over 25 years experience in the financial industry, having served as Chairman and CEO of the Federation of Financial Institutions which was the largest minority owned Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae approved seller/servicer in the mid to late 90s. Roger has extensive relationships throughout commercial and residential mortgage banking industry as well as the commercial and investment banking community.

The company has access to portfolio and capital loan products for multifamily. Commercial office/mixed use projects as well as construction, equity and mezzanine financing. The company’s clients are all referral based.
